Position Overview

As a Lease Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the lease administration and financial processing for our Internally Managed Property Business. This position involves managing lease-related tasks such as lease activations, amendments, expiries, and ensuring compliance with insurance and bond requirements. This role provides you with exposure to a variety of commercial operations and the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, evolving team.

The Candidate:
  • Degree in business, commerce, or accounting is desirable.
  • Previous experience in lease administration is preferred, ideally retail.
  • Experience with financial management procedures, including creditors, debtors, and reporting is beneficial.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, such as the Retail Shop Leases Act, is desirable.
  • Exposure to Yardi - advantageous.
