We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Associate to join our high performing sales team and make a significant impact on our customers' lives.
OverviewTHE ROLE
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company, responsible for guiding prospective customers through the home buying process. You'll be working with a dynamic team of professionals, showcasing our range of exceptional residential construction projects and assisting clients in finding the perfect home that suits their needs and preferences.
Responsibilities- Responsible for manning the front desk of the display home, greeting all customers, maintaining the customer information.
- Support the team with administrative tasks, including document preparation and record-keeping.
- Work in collaboration with the Sales consultant to assist in marketing and promoting the company's residential housing product.
- Responsible for the presentation of our Centre. Ability to develop a strong relationship with potential home buyers.
- Hand out marketing material, register leads and maintain the professional presentation of the display homes and sales office.
- A natural communicator with a personable approach,
- Ability to work from Thursday to Monday, 5 days including weekends
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Highly energetic, self-motivated, and a fast learner.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team and individually.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
