• Cooking meals in line with the OAC Nutrition Guide
• Preparing morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea
• Adhering to all food allergies & dietary requirements
• Clearly label allergy variations on the food service trolley
• Kitchen cleanliness & hygiene
• Manage food storage & inventory

• Certificate III or Diploma in Cookery/Hospitality
• Experience in an Early Childhood setting preferred (or aged care)
• Working with Children Check
• Sound knowledge allergy management processes
• Available for 4-5 days per week (Monday to Friday)
