Education and Migration Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education and Migration Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to prospective clients, assisting them in understanding our services and identifying solutions to fit their needs.
About the Role
The primary focus of this position is to meet and exceed set targets by keeping up-to-date with industry news and maintaining our industry leader status. This involves proactively converting inquiries into sales, ensuring higher conversion rates, and completing administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- To develop strong client-centric relationships and demonstrate how we can deliver on expectations.
- To educate clients on our services and work to remove obstacles to achieve high client satisfaction levels.
- To maintain ongoing relationships, follow up regularly, and keep up-to-date knowledge of university courses.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as an education counselor and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
