• Provide oversight and industry expertise to the transformation program end to end working with client and Cognizant streams of work
• Has a clear understanding the project charter, goals and broader vision of the project
• Work very closely with the Business, IT and other vendor teams to successfully drive the project
• Manage all aspects of the end to end Program life cycle from business and technical standpoint
• Work closely and drive the other teams like testing team, infrastructure and the overall IT team
• A strong understanding of Commercial Insurance and strong knowledge and experience specifically on Product and Policy
• Drive cross dependencies from a business perspectives
• Should be a strong person to establish control and drive the program in a multi-vendor environment situation
• Able to track and report metrics to project stakeholder, senior management and executive management
• Strong interpersonal and articulation skills and should be pro-active in looking ahead for issues & risks
  
  

Position Summary

Mandatory Skills

• Awareness of insurance data flows
• Strong understanding of AU &/or NZ insurance market
• Experience in operational and strategic change roles
• Experience in customer, broker, agent journeys and experience
• Provide thought leadership and guidance
  
  

Duties And Responsibilities

• Deep and broad understanding of personal Insurance – Insurance value chain, business models, operating models, products, functions etc.
• Strong knowledge of core insurance processes (across Product, Pricing, Rating, Underwriting, Claims, etc)
• Experience working across insurance functions / in multi-functional projects, etc.
• Experience working on large transformation programs
• Deep understanding of insurance business metrics & KPIs
• Experience working with insurance technologies which includes policy admin, claim admin systems with experience in leading platforms such as Guidewire and Duck creek
  
  

Salary Range: >$100,000
