About This Opportunity

Responsibilities
  • Support alignment of strategic and tactical business objectives with corresponding IT objectives by supporting the business stakeholders and enterprise IT colleagues
  • Support business risk management, regulatory compliance and audit remediation activities
  • Identify opportunities for process advancement leveraging technology
  • Map business objectives and capability needs to specific business functions and processes
  • Conduct discovery and documentation for business and IT specific processes
  • Map business process flows, including all critical data elements (e.g. supplier, input, process, output, customer)
  • Translate business capabilities and process designs into functional requirements including stakeholder review and sign-off
  • Work with stakeholders and IT teams to develop, test and deploy solutions that meet business capability needs and ensure scope, cost, schedule, quality, adoption and value outcomes
  • Participate in development of solution training material and execution of change management activities
  • Maintain relevant data attributes of solution in the ServiceNow / CMDB
  • Support business continuity and disaster recovery efforts
  • Support utilization of IT-internal governance processes
Who We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or related support roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (SQL, Data Lake)
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with ERP support and processes (e.g. Pronto, iScala, Epicor, Chris 21 Frontier)
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or Project Management (e.g., PMP) are a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
