As part of our claims team, you will support our Brokers and manage an end-to-end motor claims process, delivering a best practice customer experience.

Reporting into our NSW Motor Claims Team Leader you will be responsible for:

  • Facilitate the end-to-end motor claims process, including setting reserves, authorising payments, within authority levels and according to SLAs.
  • Ensuring the customer is kept informed of progress while negotiating options and escalating when required throughout the duration of the claim.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.
  • Provide prompt attention to all claims in accordance with Company standards and SLA requirements.
  • Keep up to date with industry best practices by participating in business related industry forms and working groups.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in the insurance motor claims industry with knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, insurance laws and regulations.
  • Takes pride in delivering a high standard of customer service and effective working relationships with internal and external customers and service providers.
  • A team player, who is collaborative, shares their ideas and encourages others.
