Key Responsibilities
  • Lead shift operations to deliver production plans on time and to strict quality standards
  • Manage crew performance, coaching and developing team capability
  • Oversee inventory control, maintenance scheduling, and line relief activities
  • Monitor performance data to identify and address gaps or improvement opportunities
  • Drive compliance with GMP, HACCP, EHS, and quality systems
  • Support organizational change and continuous improvement projects
About You
  • Proven leadership experience in FMCG or food manufacturing, ideally dairy
  • Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, and safety management systems
  • Skilled at analyzing production and quality data to drive improvements
  • Confident in coaching, mentoring, and building team capability
  • Committed to delivering operational excellence on every shift
