Job Title: Rehabilitation Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and driven professional to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector, supporting individuals with a range of conditions to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.

IPAR is a national occupational rehabilitation provider, supporting thousands of people who may be living with an illness, disability, or injury. Our care is tailored to each individual, and we work collaboratively with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Case management and caseloads with manageable numbers
  • Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
  • Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical, and allied health professionals
  • Completing assessments using clinical skills, including initial, workplace, and vocational assessments
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology registration with AHPRA or ESSA
  • Previous experience in Occupational Rehabilitation industry highly regarded
  • Fabulous communication skills, compassion, kindness, empathy, and well-developed time management skills
  • A current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance
