Job Description

The Role:

Due to our ongoing growth, we have the need for a Distribution Analyst to join our team and support the Customer Operations department. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic FMCG business and build a strong relationship with all delivery partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate driver routingto ensure they meet company guidelines.
  • Modify, re-align, and assign driver runs as needed to accommodate all contingencies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency around deliveries.
  • Conduct data analysis and make recommendations to improve processes.
  • Liaising with 240 deliverypartners and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare relevant daily, weekly, and monthly department reports.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant degree with demonstrated critical thinking skills would be highly regarded.
  • Have 2-3 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role.
  • Capable of navigating throughmultipleonline systems
  • Experience in fleet allocation or scheduling within the logistics / supply chainindustry is highly desirable
  • Possess strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Able to work flexible hours between 5:00 am and 3:00 pm, including public holidays.
