West Arnhem Regional Council is seeking an aspiring leader to join our Creche team in the stunning Warruwi township on South Goulburn Island.

What We're Looking For

A passionate leader committed to providing exceptional early childhood education.

Someone who holds a Diploma, holds a Certificate III and is working towards a Diploma, or has alternative qualifications maybe considered.

A natural team leader who can motivate, develop, and mentor staff

An individual with deep respect for Indigenous culture

A -savvy communicator who loves solving complex challenges

Your Dream Role Includes

Developing and leading a culturally responsive early childhood program

Working collaboratively with and supporting your team

Building strong community partnerships

Upholding compliance and quality in line with the Minister's regulations, National Quality Standards, and the Early Years Learning and Development Framework

Creating meaningful impact for your team, children, and the community.

Must-Have
  • Ochre Card (or ability to obtain)
  • Current NT Driver's Licence
  • First Aid & Food Safety Certificates
  • Childcare qualifications
  • Passion for remote community development
We Offer

Base $73,886 - $82,664
