West Arnhem Regional Council is seeking an aspiring leader to join our Creche team in the stunning Minjilang township on Croker Island

  • A passionate leader committed to providing exceptional early childhood education.
  • Certificate III or higher or alternative qualifications may be considered.
  • A natural team leader who can motivate, develop, and mentor staff.
  • An individual with deep respect for Indigenous culture.
  • A savvy communicator who loves solving complex challenges.

Must-Haves:
  • Ochre Card (or ability to obtain)
  • Current NT Driver's Licence
  • First Aid & Food Safety Certificates
  • Early childhood qualifications
  • Passion for remote community development
