ResponsibilitiesLearn to Swim Instructor Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, engaging, and fun swimming lessons that meet program expectations.
  • Create a secure and enjoyable learning environment for all students.
  • Help students enhance their water safety knowledge and skills.
  • Assist in the development of new and existing swim programs.
  • Conduct student evaluations with precision and accuracy.
Pool Lifeguard Responsibilities
  • Keep a close watch on the pool area, anticipating and swiftly responding to potential risks.
  • Administer first-aid and resuscitation when needed.
  • Ensure everyone follows the facility rules while promoting safe aquatic practices.
  • Take proactive measures to guarantee the safety and well-being of patrons and equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service, address questions, and complete daily checklists.

  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing top-notch experiences.
  • Motivation and accountability to perform your best every day.
  • Passionate about promoting water safety and fostering a positive environment.
Essential Qualifications
  • Learn to Swim and/or Lifeguard Certificate
  • Working with Children Blue Card
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
  • Desirable: Teacher of Babies and Toddlers and Teacher of Learners with a Disability certifications
