The Opportunity

We're hiring a Project Manager to lead remediation, and earthworks projects and support our Property Development Manager across the full development lifecycle (from pre-purchase due diligence through delivery). If you're an experienced PM who wants exposure to development, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

Plan & deliver remediation projects end to end: scope, program, budget, procurement, HSEQ, stakeholder and commercial management.

Drive contaminated land controls: waste classification, soil management plans, tracking and disposal documentation.

Coordinate permits, environmental consultants, auditors, and regulatory submissions.

Manage suppliers, track costs and claims.

Support development projects, learning directly from the Property Development Manager.

Provide concise weekly reports on safety, progress, variations, risk and forecast to complete.

What You Bring

Project management experience in remediation, civil, or earthworks.

Working knowledge of contaminated land frameworks, waste classification etc.

Commercial discipline: scopes, programs, procurement, variations and cost control.

Confident stakeholder manager with consultants, auditors, regulators, clients and site teams.

Practical, site-first approach to safety and quality.

Exposure to property development, or a strong interest to build this skillset.
