Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Support Worker located in Campbelltown, NSW. The Support Worker will be responsible for providing high-quality support and care to clients, promoting their independence, and ensuring their safety and well-being. Day-to-day tasks include personal care, assisting with daily activities, and implementing care plans tailored to each client's needs. The Support Worker will also document and report any changes in clients' conditions and will liaise with other healthcare professionals as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Support Workers with experience in providing personal care and assistance
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Knowledge of Safeguarding practices and policies
  • Technical Support skills related to implementing and managing care plans
  • Empathy, patience, and a client-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in disability care or nursing
