Position InformationSt Marys Senior High School is a culturally diverse school located on Darug Country. It has 927 enrolments, with 73% of students from a non-English speaking background and 18 Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students. The school offers Years 11 and 12 and focuses on delivering quality teaching, learning and wellbeing programs.
Specific Selection Criteria- Approval to teach English (Years 11-12) and English Extensions 1 and 2.
- Demonstrated evidence of successful and dynamic teaching practice in Senior English courses.
- Ability to plan and deliver quality teaching and learning programs that engage and differentiate for a Stage 6 environment.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to build positive and productive working relationships with students, staff, parents to improve student learning outcomes.
