Role Overview:

As an Executive Manager, you will take ownership of an essential role within the company.

Your responsibilities include:

Contract Managment

Responsible for managing a team of Area Managers to deliver operational outcomes

Empowered to make decisions to maximize financial outcomes

Understanding of report and drive the optimization of contract margins

Recruit, motivate and mentoring of teams

Use, develop and strengthen client relationships to ensure contract retention and growth

Managing day-to-day operations and ensuring client satisfaction.

Overseeing work quality and ensuring it's completed to the highest standards.

Conducting inspections, liaising with clients and cleaners.

Leading and organizing Area managers across multiple contracts.

Ensuring customer satisfaction and contract compliance.

Regular communication with the Operations and Executive Teams.

Providing staff training and development.

Key Requirements:

Understanding of reports and drive the optimization of contract margins

Previous experience in the cleaning industry

Strong operational and time management skills.

Excellent communication skills at all levels.

Proven leadership and staff management experience.

Highly organized, adaptable, and flexible.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

High computer literacy.

Experience in multi-site management and managing budgets.

Experience with payroll management.

Able to work with diverse cultural, linguistic, and national backgrounds.
