Our Palm Beach Clinic is looking for a Vet Director to join their existing team of Vets and Nurses in their purpose-built clinic on the beautiful Gold Coast.

Our team is a hardworking group that follows an "all hands in" approach. We value initiative, learning, and accountability, and are committed to providing gold standards of patient care to our clients. Our facilities include ultrasound and digital x-ray, IM3 dental machine, dental x-ray, in-house laboratory, two consultation rooms, and a sterile theatre.

If you're an overseas-qualified vet with a recognized (registrable) degree, we offer sponsorship and relocation support to help you settle in.

As part of the role, you'll be enrolled in the Lincoln Institute's Leading Edge for Veterinarians program— a 12-month, self-paced online course (valued at $9,000), fully funded and CPD-accredited (24 points). The program covers essential non-clinical skills including communication, time management, leadership, resilience, consulting success, and more.

About You

  • You're ready to lead a team of passionate veterinary professionals
  • You seek support in running a practice and wish to continue your education and development
  • You are a veterinarian with at least 4 years of clinical experience and registration to work in Australia (or eligibility)
  • You have previous management experience or a desire to learn and grow into a leadership role with full support and mentoring
