Vet Director- Greencross Palm Beach

Our Palm Beach Clinic is looking for a Vet Director to join their existing team of Vets and Nurses in their purpose-built clinic on the beautiful Gold Coast.
Our team adopts an "all hands in" approach, valuing initiative, learning, and accountability, with a commitment to providing gold-standard patient care. Our facilities include ultrasound, digital x-ray, IM3 dental machine, dental x-ray, in-house laboratory, two consultation rooms, and a sterile theatre.
If you're an overseas-qualified vet with a recognized (registrable) degree, we offer sponsorship and relocation support to help you settle in.
As part of the role, you'll be enrolled in the Lincoln Institute's Leading Edge for Veterinarians program — a 12-month, self-paced online course (valued at $9,000), fully funded and CPD-accredited (24 points). The program covers communication, leadership, resilience, consulting success, and more.
About You
- You're ready to lead a team of passionate veterinary professionals.
- You seek support in running a practice while continuing your education and development.
- You have at least 4 years of clinical experience and registration to work in Australia (or eligibility).
- You have management experience or the desire to grow into a leadership role with full support and mentoring.
