Retail Team Member – JB Hi-Fi, Cannington, Western Australia


Join JB Hi-Fi to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused retail environment. JB Hi-Fi is a leading retailer of technology, consumer electronics, home entertainment, and appliances.



Responsibilities
  • Assist across a number of areas within stores, from customer-facing roles to back-of-house tasks
  • Provide high standards of customer service before, during, and after the sale
  • Support merchandising of products to enhance the store experience and brand
  • Assist with stock intake and processing, following store receiving procedures


Qualifications
  • Passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, or games
  • Enthusiastic, motivated and customer-focused
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse group of people
  • Ability to contribute to a high-performance team environment
