The role

The Seasonal Retail Team Member is a key member of our team responsible for delivering an exceptional and memorable experience for customers during the seasonal Christmas period. You will ensure customer satisfaction through outstanding product knowledge, customer service, and the ability to offer solutions. You will also help to create a shoppable environment, keep the shopfloor neat and tidy, and ensure in-store setups for promotions and sales with the latest product stocked.

Responsibilities
  • Providing a superior customer experience for each person who walks through our store.
  • Ensuring the store is open and ready to be shopped by customers.
  • Managing the movement of stock, optimizing sales, filing and tidying the shopfloor, and setting up the store for promotions and sales.
  • Working with the store team to maintain high standards of store presentation.
  • Demonstrating strong product knowledge and researching and describing product features and benefits.
  • Recommending, selecting, and helping locate product based on customer needs or desires.
  • Supporting the store leadership team with assigned tasks in line with departmental expectations.
  • Reporting safety hazards or concerns to management to ensure a safe workplace and shopping environment.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task to serve multiple customers.
