The Role:

Reporting to our Head of People & Performance you'll be the go-to for:


• Supporting the employee lifecycle


• Keeping our HR systems humming and our data sharp


• Helping deliver everything from engaging recruitment campaigns to upskilling programs


• Driving wellness, recognition, and diversity initiatives


• Contributing to projects that align with our FY strategy and make a real difference

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who wants to grow fast, learn lots, and leave their mark.

About You:

You bring energy, empathy, and initiative, plus:


• A HR degree (or nearly there)


• Around 2+ years in a similar HR or admin role


• Great communication skills and an eye for detail


• Familiarity with Fair Work, Employment Hero or similar HRIS


• A love of solving problems and supporting people
