Retail Store Manager

Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the #GhandaGang in Campbelltown, NSW.
Responsibilities- Lead, coach & train a team of up to 15 team members
- Drive the Ghanda values with your store team
- Maintain a high standard of store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
- Liaise with your Stock Allocator, and work independently to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
- Prepare and monitor store rosters, sales reports, and store/team compliance
- Demonstrated leadership experience – leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style in line with Ghanda values
- Customer-first mindset, strong fundamentals, and commitment to retail
- Retail/hospitality experience preferred but not required; attitude and fit matter more than tenure
- 38-hour week; paid for hours worked; overtime penalties if you work over ordinary hours
