Overview

We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the #GhandaGang in Campbelltown, NSW.

What you’ll get

- 38-hour week: No fixed-rate salary. Get paid for the hours you work. You may receive overtime penalties if you work beyond ordinary hours.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

- Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 15 team members
- Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
- Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
- Liaising with your Stock Allocator, and working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
- Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance

About you

We’ll know you’re the one if you’re someone:

- With demonstrated leadership experience who leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style in line with our organisational values
- Who thinks customer first, nails the fundamentals and takes retail seriously
- With similar experience in a retail/hospitality role, though this is not a deal-breaker – At Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience
