About the Role

The Principal Business Analyst role will report to the Head of Analysis & Product and will write client proposals, contribute to the internal BA community of practice (run sessions, provide case studies) and work on delivery & client facing projects. This is a critical role to help shape and strengthen the teams' internal capability practices and frameworks. You will work alongside a team of delivery experts to work with a variety of our clients across different industries and domains.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of BA core capabilities
  • Lead business analysis services on client engagements
  • Work with the Sales Team to develop client proposals and attend client meetings to gather requirements and establish solutions
  • Capture requirements and drive best possible group outcomes on complex, multi-dimensional programs
  • Identify and define business needs and problems/issues to enable a feasible solution scope
  • Capture, analyse, and design the optimal customer experience and/or journeys and/or high-level processes (both as-is and to-be)
  • Develop strong working relationships across stakeholders and SMEs
  • Conduct Business Analyst interviews across all engagements and projects
  • Support mentoring, training and coaching of Junior BA's

About you

  • You will be a very seasoned Business Analyst with experience in writing proposals and pre-sales
  • Advanced facilitation skills with a good understanding of requirements capture
  • Strong understanding of waterfall, agile, and hybrid delivery methods
  • Great critical thinking, communication, presentation, organisation, time-management, and leadership skills
  • Experience leading, training and coaching BA team across differing levels
  • Consulting background and experience are highly regarded
