The Opportunity
HealthShare NSW are looking for an exceptional individual who will shape the future of healthcare transportation. We're on the lookout for an Operations Manager to lead and innovate in our mission to provide responsive transport services. As an Operations Manager you'll be at the helm of our Patient Transport Service operations within the Mid North Coast and Northern NSW Local Health Districts, orchestrating seamless transportation solutions that make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and innovate in the Patient Transport Service operations within the Mid North Coast and Northern NSW Local Health Districts.
  • Orchestrate seamless transportation solutions that make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Eligibility Requirements
  • Meet essential requirements as outlined in the Position Description
  • Candidates must have Australian work rights (citizens, permanent residents, or valid work visa). Permanent roles are open to Australian citizens and permanent residents; temporary and casual roles welcome applicants with a visa
  • NSW Health Category A position requiring immunisation and Tuberculosis (TB) screening; upload OASV Undertaking/Declaration Form and TB Assessment Tool with vaccination evidence
  • If identified as a preferred candidate external to HealthShare NSW, a physical pre-employment health assessment may be required (at no cost). Employment subject to pre-employment checks
