MR Delivery Driver/Customer Delivery Representative

We're looking for a MR Delivery/Customer Delivery Representative to join us in Rockhampton, QLD.

What we're looking for:

· Experience in a warehouse distribution environment

· Customer service skills and the ability to build customer relationships

· Ability to lift heavy packages as this role requires regular lifting of batteries which have an average weight of 17kg

· You have a current forklift (LF or LO) licence

· You have a valid minimum MR driver's licence

· You have good computer skills and close attention to detail

· You're committed to upholding our Health, Safety and Environment standards

· Good basic English and writing skills

· Ability to work under pressure, in fast-paced environments.

What you'll do:

· Deliver stock to all customers as per set runs in a timely manner

· Maintain a regular service frequency to your entire customer base

· Ensure all safety checks are completed daily

· Accounting for all money and stock movements daily

· Replacement of warranty claims as per the Club Assist procedure

· Managing all stock in accordance with the Club Assist Stock on Hand Policy.

· Ensuring that the relevant documentation is raised on each sale or customer visit
