About the Role

Caring for our team is the superpower you will need. We are looking for motivational and inspiring Heroes to oversee, lead and support our Disability Accommodation team, ensuring only the best service is provided.

  • Genuine desire to provide the best quality support for people with disabilities.
  • Ability to manage the day to day operations of the assigned group homes and drop-in services
  • Apt at building robust 24/7 rosters across the multiple locations in line with the SCHADS award
  • Able to provide leadership, mentor and develop disability support workers
  • Certificate IV in Disability or other relevant qualification
  • Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance, Policies and Procedures and WHS
  • Manage and coordinate all site administrative processes and assets
  • Ability to establish and maintain functional working relationshipswith stakeholders
  • Understanding of unauthorized Restrictive Practices Reporting to the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission.
  • Development of structured program intended to build independent living skills
  • Understanding of Restrictive Practices obligations
  • Recruitment, onboarding and team leadership skills.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office & system
