What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead from the front and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage day-to-day operations including labour, P&L and cost controls.
  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards are always met.
  • Train, coach and motivate a high performing, engaged team.
  • Champion a positive, inclusive and values-led culture.
  • Manage KPIs including Labour and COGs.
Who We're Looking For
  • Experienced leaders in retail or hospitality (QSR preferred).
  • Proven success with KPIs, labour budgets, and financial management.
  • Confident managing numbers and understanding what drives performance.
  • Strong communicators who build connected, high-performing teams.
  • A driven professional who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • A problem solver with a proactive, positive mindset.
  • Organised, adaptable, and always looking to improve.
