Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing high-quality support to individuals with disabilities and demonstrate a commitment to promoting independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Domestic Cleans
  2. Provide personal care and support to clients in accordance with their individual care plans.
  3. Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication management, and transportation, domestic assistance.
  4. Build positive relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals.
  5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care.
  6. Follow all safety and confidentiality protocols.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a support or care role.
  2. Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent).
  3. NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  4. Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  5. Valid driver's license and access to a reliable car with full insurance.
  6. Strong work ethic, reliability, and honesty.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
