As a Support Worker at Club Aruma, your primary goal will be to provide compassionate personal care and support to individuals in various settings, including Clubhouse locations, their homes, and the community.

A Day in the Life of a Support Worker

Your role will involve creating joyful experiences and fostering meaningful relationships for people with disabilities. You will connect them with shared hobbies and interests, lead engaging activities, and help them explore their communities.
