The Training Manager at FENDI is more than an educator; you are an ambassador of our brand values and an architect of customer service excellence.
You will instill the essence of FENDI into every training session, ensuring our teams deliver an unparalleled customer experience synonymous with our name.
This role is crucial to our company's success by leading, developing, and executing the Regional Retail Training Strategy aimed at enhancing sales staff performance. You will ensure that store-level teams possess the necessary knowledge (brand, product, service standards), skills, and competencies.
In close collaboration with the central Retail Training team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining global retail training standards and policies across Australia.
Job responsibilities:Reporting to the General Manager and working closely alongside Retail Operations and HR, you will be responsible for the following:
- Ensure effective deployment of Fendi WW retail training programs at local market/store level and monitor progresses, programs such as new Store Manager and Sales Associate Induction in partnership with local HR and "Customer Journey" to sales employees.
- Monitor and track the delivery and effectiveness of the training plan in the markets and ensure all activities executed are following the Global / Regional standards.
- Lead the retail training needs analysis and training plan for the region through understanding of company strategy and direction with Regional President, central Retail Training team and market retail management (General Manager/Retail Director/Manager, Store Manager).
- Develop and implement actions and programs according to the training needs and objectives defined (e.g. NPS).
- Coordinate the regional calendars on all in-store training activities (seasonal trainings with merchandisers, Made-to-Order, Fur Academy Training, Visual Merchandising, Client Relationship Management).
- Partner with Merchandising and HR department to design a well-rounded training plan for sales employees to develop their management and soft skills on top of product know-how.
- Facilitate in-store or classroom trainings in local markets as well as global retail training events and activities.
Qualifications:
- A distinguished career in luxury retail training or equivalent high-end service industries.
- A fluent connoisseur in fashion trends, haute couture heritage, and luxury consumer psychology.
- Exceptional presentation skills polished by experience in engaging discerning audiences.
- Willingness to travel.
- Multilingual capabilities are highly regarded.
