Regional Group is now recruiting for our next intake of Apprentice Mobile Plant Mechanics. If you're passionate about mechanics and eager to build a skilled trade, this is your opportunity to begin a rewarding career.

This is more than just an apprenticeship – it's your chance to earn a nationally recognised qualification while learning in one of the toughest and most rewarding mechanical environments.

  • Conveyors and fixed plant equipment

This structured 4-year apprenticeship combines hands-on experience with study towards a Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology

  • Hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems maintenance
  • Preventative servicing and inspections to minimise downtime

  • Great crew culture: We work hard and keep safety at the core of everything we do

  • Willingness to work in tough environments (dust, noise, heavy lifting)
  • Reliability, resilience, and pride in doing the job right
