  • Own the Flame: Drive the energy, atmosphere, and operations to make every shift brilliant.

Who You Are
  • An experienced leader or someone with management experience (fast casual dining a bonus but not essential).
  • Highly organized with a strong ability to run smooth operations while inspiring and developing teams.

The Boring (but Important) Stuff
  • Applicants must have the right to work in Australia/New Zealand and be 18+ to manage/supervise a restaurant.
  • You7ll work with all Nandos ingredients and obtain and hold appropriate certification (liquor accreditation, First Aid, CPR, and manager accreditation, as required by applicable local legislation).
