This is your opportunity to join our dynamic Trading Team as a Junior Programmatic Trading Manager, where you\'ll help in the implementation and delivery of digital audience targeted social media and programmatic campaigns.

What you will do
- The Junior Programmatic Trading Manager works as part of the Trading Team that programmatically delivers and optimises client campaigns against Audience360's first-party audiences across all channels and environments.
- Delivering and executing digital campaigns for our agencies and clients. Media buying across social channels along with programmatically trading display, video, mobile and other/new channels available using proprietary platforms and first-party data.
- Creating optimisation strategies across our campaigns to achieve and surpass client KPIs including performance, delivery and margin.
- Responding promptly to queries on live and upcoming campaigns to deliver an outstanding level of service to internal and external clients.
- Working closely with the Trading, Technical and Account Management teams to communicate material and technical requirements to our internal and external clients.
- Preparing campaign performance and analytics reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Evaluating data performance and recommending improvements in order to achieve optimal performance.
What we are looking for
- Digital Media Buying experience working with social platforms and other buy-side programmatic platforms is an advantage but not required.
- Strong attention to detail; Excel, data visualisation and interpretation skills.
- Can easily manage multiple activities simultaneously while managing potentially conflicting priorities and stakeholder needs.
- An interest in the Australian media and advertising agency landscape.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to your work, with a keen desire to be a contributing member of a collaborative and effective team.
- Experience working with internal and external customers.
