Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for client enquiries – phone, email, and face-to-face
  • Coordinate client appointments and manage adviser calendars
  • Greet clients on arrival, manage parking arrangements, and offer refreshments
  • Prepare client documentation, presentations, and correspondence
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM
  • Provide administrative support to advisers and management
  • Manage office supplies and contribute to a well-functioning office environment

What You'll Bring

  • Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a client service or admin role – financial services preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Gmail, Sheets) preferred
  • A flexible, proactive approach and a strong team mindset
  • Permanent work rights in Australia
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
