The Opportunity
Reporting into the Head of People & Capability (P&C) Business Partnering – Operations and Workplace Relations, this role is responsible for developing and managing the people plan to support Sigma Healthcare's operations across multiple sites and business units.
Working closely with the Head of P&C Business Partnering - Operations and Workplace Relations, and operational leaders, this role will provide strategic and operational P&C advice, coaching and support to drive process improvement and business alignment.
Key Responsibilities include:
Deliver a people plan for the Sigma business that supports the Sigma ways of working
Work with business leaders to deliver the organisational changes required to support continued business improvement
Provide 'hands on' practical support in coaching and supporting line managers to improve the employment experience from recruitment onwards
Provide employee relations advice and supporting team member performance management processes in conjunction with line managers
Support in the negotiation of Enterprise Agreements nationally
We are looking for:
5+ years' People and Capability experience interacting with all levels of employees including senior management.
Experience in Award and Enterprise Agreement interpretation
Experience leading or supporting the negotiation of Enterprise Agreements
Demonstrated influencing and coaching skills with line managers
Strong written and verbal communication skills
