Job Details

The Manager, Client Relations (ANZ) role is responsible for servicing New Forests' institutional clients who have invested in our Australian & New Zealand strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and distribute quarterly and annual reports, including proofreading, editing, and report writing.
  • Manage annual investor meetings, including content production, presentations, delivery, and logistics.
  • Maintain accurate client records, including contact information, investment details, and voting directions.
  • Support the management of client issues by providing timely responses to ad hoc investor queries.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client services and reporting.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with New Forests' clients invested in our ANZ strategy.
  • Work closely with the Investor Relations team and funds management teams to deliver on business plan objectives.
Requirements
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Strong experience in client relationship management.
  • Experience working with institutional investors or alternative assets is beneficial.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • A demonstrated interest in sustainability and responsible investment.
  • A high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
