Are you looking for a career that combines facilities management with client relations?

This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage the provision of facilities management services in a Commonwealth-Owned Property.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop sound working relationships with key client staff and tenant representatives
  • Manage day-to-day client activities for the assigned property/facilities
  • Assist the National Facilities Manager Director to deliver full range of services

Key Client Relationships:

The successful candidate will proactively engage client stakeholders to ensure on-site tenant expectations are met. They will build and develop effective client/stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organisation.

Facilities Management Services:

  • Management of facilities as designated by the National Facilities Manager
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards
  • Recommend continuous quality improvement practices and implement Industry Best Practice operations

Keeping the Site Operational:

  • Actively work to ensure the site's financial operations meet or exceed targets and control requirements
  • Ensure financial processes are followed at all times

Safety First:

  • Taking reasonable care to protect their own health and safety and that of fellow workers and visitors
  • Complying with health and safety guidelines, policies, and rules
