Make a difference as a Production Support Analyst. ROLLiN' is rethinking traditional insurance and doing it a lil differently. Part of Insurance Australia Group (known as IAG), we're making insurance more accessible for the young and young-at-heart. As a Production Support Analyst at ROLLiN, you'll help keep our systems running smoothly and reliably across a modern cloud-based environment. You'll monitor system performance, respond to issues, and support day-to-day operations to ensure everything works as expected for customers and internal teams. You'll work closely with others to identify and fix problems quickly, suggest improvements, and help reduce the chance of future issues. You'll contribute to a positive user experience and help the team deliver great outcomes. This is a hands-on role where you'll learn and grow by working with experienced colleagues in a fast-paced, digital-first insurance business. You'll connect technical operations with business needs and make a real impact through your support and problem-solving skills.
This is a permanent position with flexibility to be based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne) or Meanjin (Brisbane).
About You
Responsibilities- Monitor system performance, respond to issues, and support day-to-day operations in a cloud-based environment.
- Identify and fix problems quickly; suggest improvements to reduce the likelihood of future issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems support business needs and deliver positive user experiences.
- Collaborate with engineers, data, design, and operations teams to drive fast, effective resolutions.
- Hands-on experience in technical support, business analysis, and issue-driven project management with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
- Strong data focus (qualitative and quantitative) and ability to transform insights into actions.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to bridge engineering, data, design, and operations to align teams.
- Familiarity with JIRA and ServiceNow to streamline workflows and collaboration.
- Experience with SaaS platforms like Salesforce and AWS; understanding how to leverage them for operational excellence.
- Experience in cross-functional environments with internal staff, contractors, vendors, suppliers, and systems integrators; eagerness to learn about new technologies to enhance customer experience.
