Market Opportunity
  • Operating in A/NZ with a high-growth market opportunity and limited direct competitors in its space.
  • High adoption across logistics, retail, healthcare, and government sectors.
  • Sydney-based, hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote).
  • 80% new business development and 20% existing account growth across multiple industries (vertical agnostic).
  • Identify, pursue, and close net-new opportunities while nurturing a select group of existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies with significant revenue ownership.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations and solution demos to C-level and technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal experts and strategic partners to provide integrated, enterprise-grade solutions.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5–8 years of enterprise sales experience, ideally with exposure to technology, SaaS, or IT solutions.
  • Proven hunter mentality with the ability to create and execute complex sales strategies tailored to customer needs.
  • Skilled at building long-term executive relationships and driving value-based conversations.
Compensation
  • $250K OTE (60/40)
