Job Description

QLS has a full-time role for a Team Lead to join the External Interventions business unit. This business unit is part of the Regulation Division, and it ensures QLS discharges its obligations under the Legal Profession Act 2007 in relation to carrying out external intervention functions when appointed as external interveners.

In this role you will:

  • Lead administrative employees and functions, ensuring smooth workflow and task delegation within the team.
  • Streamline processes and improve efficiencies, helping to maintain a well-organised and responsive team.
  • Assist with reporting and data management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory obligations.
  • Oversee records and document handling, including secure storage and retrieval of sensitive legal materials.
  • Support the business unit manager in delivering efficient and timely regulatory processes.

Ideally you will have the following:

  • 5+ years of experience in legal support, compliance, or regulatory administration, with exposure to structured processes and compliance-driven environments.
  • Knowledge of records management principles and handling confidential or sensitive legal information.
  • Experience in developing and managing processes, administrative procedures, and workflow coordination.
