In the Customer Success team, we are looking for people with a passion for delivering customer success. As a Cloud Solution Architect - Azure Infrastructure, you will enable customers to achieve their outcomes based on their investments in Microsoft technology. Leveraging your leading technical expertise, you will ensure customers maximise value from their MS investments.

This role is flexible, allowing you to work up to 50% from home. It is based in Canberra.

• Lead virtual teams and share strategic technical input.
• Organize and present at internal and external events.

• Drive changes and improvements to existing intellectual property (IP), technologies, and processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 8+ years' experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.

• Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of Australian Citizenship to meet federal government security requirements.
• Baseline Security Clearance: This position requires you to hold a Baseline Security Clearance conducted through the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency.
• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
