How will I help?

  • Support multiple squads to deliver features on our digital platforms.
  • Manage each work requests scope, estimation and delivery timelines.
  • Co-ordinate agile activities including PI planning, sprints and stand ups.
  • Support teams to resolve dependency, capacity and resource issues.
  • Proactively manage dependencies, issues and risks.
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles which occur.
  • Manage & deliver changes to production ensuring deliverables are up to quality standards and processes are adhered to.
  • Work with other project managers, BAs and Coaches to ensure that our ways of working are consistent across teams.
  • Support Product Owners in each team to engage, inform, influence and negotiate with stakeholders using product backlogs as the basis for discussions.

What do I need?

  • 3+ years' experience Digital Project Manager/Scrum Master.
  • Background in software and app development with experience working across digital products; mobile banking and internet banking.
  • Experienced in end to end delivery of change.
  • Experience in support and testing of functional, non-functional changes for critical systems.
  • Experience & confidence using industry leading collaboration tools including Jira, Confluence.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are a MUST.
  • Ability to actively participate and contribute to all the agile ceremonies.
