Overview

Join to apply for the WFI Policy Services Consultant role at WFI Insurance.

This is a 12-month maximum term role based in Naarm (Melbourne) working full time, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. You will spend the first six months in the WFI office completing supervised training and earning your ANZIIF Tier 2 General Insurance Compliance certification. Following this period, hybrid work arrangements will be offered, aligned with business requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support to clients and agency & growth partners by processing insurance renewals, endorsements, and debt management across a portfolio of representatives.
  • Underwrite risks within your delegation, ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, and monitor the quality of submissions.
  • Process tasks, manage workflows, coordinate post-outs, handle inbound calls from clients and internal stakeholders, and manage debt.

  • Tech-savvy and confident using multiple systems to manage tasks efficiently
  • Clear communicator with strong rapport-building and active listening skills
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to timely, accurate service delivery
  • Able to work autonomously, make decisions, and follow business processes
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage priorities and maintain compliance
