Junior School Teachers K-6 - start Term1 2026 Contract and Permanent roles
Overview

We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic teachers, with a commitment to grow in the profession, to join our team in Term 1 2026. This is a contract and permanent role for Junior School Teachers K-6 at St Andrew's Cathedral School (SACS).

Who will the successful applicant be?
  • A beginning or experienced teacher who demonstrates enthusiasm and the ability to inspire primary age students
  • Able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of recent developments in the theory and practice of primary pedagogy
  • Possess outstanding interpersonal skills and an ability to work collaboratively with the Junior School and Gawura School teams
  • Expected to have an understanding of and commitment to the School's Christian mission, values and ethos
  • Experience and/or qualifications in Gifted Education would be desirable

St Andrew's Cathedral School (SACS) is an independent, Kindergarten to Year 12 Anglican school located in two high-rise buildings in the heart of Sydney's CBD. The school offers students a strong academic program and extensive opportunities to be involved in sport, music, drama and outdoor education.
