An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Assistant Clinic Manager to lead a thriving Allied Health practice providing life-changing care to clients across disability, aged care, and private services.

As the Assistant Clinic Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of a multidisciplinary team, drive service quality and performance, and play a key role in delivering client-focused care. This is a rewarding role for someone who thrives on leadership, clinical coordination, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Coordinating and scheduling for a high-performing team of Physios and Chiropractors
  • Managing clinic operations, workflow efficiency, and service delivery
  • Supporting staff with supervision, training, and performance development
  • Overseeing intake, triage, and client experience
  • Monitoring KPIs, budgeting, billing (NDIS, HCP, private), and compliance
  • Championing quality, innovation, and a positive workplace culture

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a senior Allied Health or clinic leadership role
  • Strong operational and people leadership skills
  • Experience with NDIS and aged care programs highly regarded
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Degree-qualified in Allied Health, Health Management, or similar
  • A passion for client outcomes and service excellence
