Job Title: Production Team Leader

Overview

Krispy Kreme is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Team Leader to lead our production team in ensuring the highest quality of products.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of food manufacturing processes, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities
  1. Production Management: Oversee the daily production operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of high-quality products.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve exceptional performance and productivity.
  3. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
  4. Safety and Hygiene: Ensure all staff adhere to strict safety and hygiene protocols, including cleaning kitchen equipment and maintaining a clean working environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a food manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes and quality control procedures.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in a field such as food science or management.
Working Conditions
