A Day in the Life of an Associate

As an Associate in the Client Service team, you'll be the link between our clients and the expert knowledge they seek. You'll work on multiple projects from investors, strategists, and dealmakers at top-tier client organizations, providing expert insights to inform their decision-making. This is a communication-intensive frontline role requiring multitasking across parallel workstreams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting experts: speaking on the phone with experts relevant to your client's projects, often under tight deadlines.
  • Understanding the project and market context and the legal and regulatory environment.
  • Managing projects: taking ownership of client-expert communications and scheduling calls for seamless collaboration.

Ensuring success for our Associates means:

Providing an introduction to the business world without being pigeonholed into any one industry or profession.

Helping you develop transferable commercial and client management skills such as professional communication, negotiation, persuasion, and project management.

A clear career path for advancement to Manager after 24-30 months, and to Vice President after approximately 5 years.

Successful completion of the Associate Program may qualify you for our MBA Tuition Program, which offers financial support for top business schools worldwide.

  • Expect total first-year compensation over HKD 358,200, including (i) an annual base salary of HKD 264,000 and (ii) uncapped variable performance bonus. Alternatively, USD figures: total first-year ranging from $425,700 (average) to $586,400 (strong performance), with base salary of USD 312,000 plus variable bonus.
  • 15 days annual leave, six months full maternity leave, and six weeks full paternity leave.

  • Tax-advantaged housing allowance up to 50% of monthly base salary.
  • State-of-the-art office in Hong Kong with amenities; option to WFH each Friday.

Requirements

You'll need to bring your A-game daily. We are looking for:

  • Strong academic credentials (undergraduate degree of 2:1 or above).
  • Noteworthy extracurricular achievements during school and university.
  • Relevant internship experience.
  • Fluent English or C2 level; foreign language skills are a plus.
