About The Role

We're looking for a proactive and driven Account Executive/Manager to manage inbound sales opportunities while also nurturing and expanding relationships with existing customers. This role is ideal for someone who excels in both consultative sales and account growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify and convert inbound leads into new customers.
  • Understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and close deals.
  • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to potential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize value for both parties.
  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing customers to ensure long-term success.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional iVvy solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive engagement and satisfaction.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to customers to maximize their ROI with iVvy.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Track and report on sales pipeline, customer engagement, and revenue growth using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to drive sales strategy.
What You Will Bring

Strong sales and relationship-building skills – you excel at both closing deals and nurturing accounts.

Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer success, ideally in SaaS, hospitality, or event management industries.

A track record of meeting and exceeding sales and retention targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.

An analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and problem-solve.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in hospitality tech, event management, or venue management is highly valued.
